Built by a coach, for coaches.

I’m Joel. I coach my own kids and other athletes, and I kept running into the same problem from both sides. As a coach, I learned something valuable every session, but too much of it was lost before the next one. As a parent, I wanted a clearer picture of what my kids were working on and whether they were actually progressing. I built Empruvio so coaches can carry what they learn forward, and families can finally see the progress.

Great coaching creates valuable information. Too much of it gets lost between sessions.

What worked. What didn’t. What an athlete struggled with. What finally clicked. Empruvio keeps that context connected so the next session doesn’t start from scratch.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Empruvio for? Which sports does it support?

Empruvio is for coaches who develop athletes over time — privately, in small groups, or alongside a club or team. It comes set up for baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball, tennis, golf, and personal training, and any other sport works too: choose Other and add your own focus areas.

Is my athletes' data private? Who can see what?

Your workspace is yours alone — no other coach or organization can see it. Athletes and parents see only what you explicitly share with them. Empruvio does not sell athlete information, including for training third-party AI models. The Privacy Policy covers the details, including how information about minors is handled.

What can parents and athletes see, and what stays coach-only?

Only people you invite by email can see an athlete's shared view, and you can remove access at any time. They see the goals, progress, upcoming sessions, and session recaps you choose to publish. Your private notes, your understanding of the athlete, and anything Empruvio suggests stay coach-only.

Does the AI make decisions about my athletes?

No. Empruvio drafts plans and suggests what it may have learned, but nothing becomes part of an athlete's record until you review and confirm it. You can edit, correct, or reject any suggestion.

Can I try it before paying? What happens when the trial ends?

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, and it takes no card to begin. Add a payment method before the trial ends and your $29/month (or $290/year) subscription starts when the trial ends — nothing is charged before then. If you don't, the trial simply ends and Empruvio stops opening; nothing you built is deleted, and subscribing later brings it all back exactly as you left it.

Can I cancel or export my data?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. There's no self-serve export yet, but you can email support@empruvio.com to request a copy of your data or have it deleted.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Empruvio works in the browser on your phone, tablet, or computer — nothing to install — so you can capture what happened right after a session, wherever you are.

Your coaching shouldn’t start over every session.

Give every session the context of what came before and a clearer direction for what comes next.
