3. Artificial Intelligence

Empruvio uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to assist coaches with tasks such as identifying potential development needs, suggesting approaches, generating session plans, summarizing observations, and identifying possible patterns.

Information submitted to Empruvio may be processed by third-party artificial intelligence providers when necessary to provide these features.

AI-generated content is intended to assist, not replace, the judgment of a qualified coach or other professional. Empruvio is designed so that users can review, modify, reject, or confirm important recommendations.

Where Empruvio uses OpenAI’s API services, OpenAI states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the customer affirmatively opts into data sharing.

Empruvio does not sell athlete information for use in training third-party artificial intelligence models.

4. Information About Minors

Empruvio is designed for use by coaches, instructors, organizations, and other adults and is not intended to be used directly by children.

Coaches and organizations may use Empruvio to maintain development information concerning athletes who are minors.

If you provide information about a minor, you represent that you have the authority and any permissions or consents required to collect, use, and provide that information through the Service.

Users should provide only information reasonably necessary for legitimate coaching and athlete-development purposes.

Empruvio should not be used to store highly sensitive information about minors that is unnecessary for coaching or development.

If we learn that a child has created an account or directly provided personal information through the Service in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we may take appropriate steps to remove the information and terminate the account.

Parents or legal guardians who believe information about their child has been improperly provided to Empruvio may contact us using the information below.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

6. Data Ownership

As between Empruvio and the user, users retain their rights in information they submit to the Service.

Users grant Empruvio the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyze, transmit, and otherwise use submitted information to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Empruvio does not claim ownership of a coach’s or organization’s athlete records merely because they are stored using the Service.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain legitimate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the security and integrity of the Service.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated information by contacting us.

Certain information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or records where retention is required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no Internet service, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and promptly notifying us if they believe their account has been compromised.

If we introduce non-essential advertising or tracking technologies in the future, we may update this Policy and provide additional choices where required by law.
